The Centre for Immediate Care Services (CICS) is a division of the Department of General Practice and is based at the UCD School of Medicine & Medical Science in Belfield, Dublin 4
The CICS was established by UCD in 2001 as a Teaching, Research and Academic Centre to provide a national centre of excellence for research, development and training in pre-hospital emergency care. The principal activities of CICS are:
